Shipping Policy

Shipping

We provide free delivery service for all users, and also provide expedited delivery service for orders. Users can choose between free delivery service and expedited delivery according to their needs at the time of order settlement.

Shipping Timeframe

Our shipping time is usually 3-7 days and we will match and ship your order from the warehouse closest to your harvest address. For countries without local warehouses, we will standardize the shipment from other warehouses for you, usually within 7-20 days.

United States

We have warehouses in the central, western, and eastern parts of the U.S. Your order will be matched and delivered to you based on inventory. Time is 3-7 days, expedited timeframe within 3 days.

Canada

We have set up a central warehouse in Canada from where all orders will be shipped with a delivery time of 3-7 days, and orders that are not in stock will be shipped from the United States in 7-15 days. Expedited orders are within three days.

United Kingdom

We have set up a central warehouse in the UK, all orders will be shipped from here with a delivery time of 3-7 days, orders not in stock will be shipped from other warehouses with a delivery time of 7-15 days. Expedited orders are within three days.

Germany/France

Orders from Germany, France and other European countries will be shipped from our warehouse in Germany and from our warehouse in France. Delivery time is usually 3-7 days, with an expedited timeframe of 3 days.

Australia

We ship to Australia, the warehouse for shipment will choose the nearest warehouse in Hong Kong for shipment to Australia, the delivery time is 7-14 days, the expedited time is within 7 days.

Other countries

We support shipping to all countries around the world, except for some areas where shipping is not possible. Delivery time is within 15-30 days, expedited time is 15 days.

Order Changes

We can not guarantee updates to an order's shipping address or items in an order. Our fulfillment team works around the clock to get shipments out at lightning speed!

If you require a change to your shipping address, we recommend you contact the courier to assist with updating the shipping address. If you would like to add, change or upgrade the items in your order, please contact us at support@ezarctool.com and our team will assist you. If we cannot change your order, you may return the items in your original order back. Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Notes:

1) Standard Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

4) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.

How do I track my order?

Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number and order details.
