WHERE ARE THE EZARC MADE IN?

EZARC blades are made from the same imported material as Milwaukee Tool and are made in the U.S.A. The EZARC brand is a multinational company with multinational cooperation from China, the U.S.A., the U.K., Germany, Japan and other countries.

We will ship your order to you within 24 hours once your payment is complete.

CAN I BUY EZARC TOOLS BLADES OFFLINE AT A PHYSICAL STORE ?

No, EZARC Tools does not have an offline physical store at this time, you can complete your purchase on the EZARC Tools website and online store.

2)Payment and receipt

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER ?

You can use your PAYPAL account, bank card, credit card to complete the payment safely and securely on our website.We support Visa Card, MasterCard and other cards.

DO YOU PROVIDE INVOICES AND RECEIPTS ?

Yes, we provide invoices and receipts. When you need it, you can contact us by email and we will provide you with an invoice for your order.Sent to you as a PDF file, you can download the receipt

HOW DO I USE THE DISCOUNT CODE?

You can get your discount code, which you will find in a separate discount code field when you check out. Discount codes can no longer be entered on the basket page, you need to enter them and apply them at checkout. (Note: it is not possible to use more than one discount code)

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

Exchanges/returns will be processed within 1 week. Payments/refunds are usually made within 7 business days of return processing and authorization.

3)Shipping and delivery

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive another email with the tracking code for the order. You can check this by selecting "SUPPORT" on the menu bar of our website, choosing "TRACK ORDER" and entering the tracking code you received in the e-mail.

EZARC TOOLS is a multinational company, we have companies and warehouses in North America, Europe, Asia and other countries. We provide worldwide shipping service, we will choose the nearest warehouse for you according to your address.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We pack and ship orders every business day. Typically, shipping takes 1-3 business days and delivery time is within a week. During times of high demand, such as Black Friday, delivery times may be extended by a few days.

HOW MUCH FOR SHIPPING?

We provide free delivery service for all of our users, of course we have expedited delivery service, for expedited delivery service you need to pay $9.90 for shipping, we will ship for expedited shipping and the delivery time will be within three days.

4)Exchanges, Returns and Complaints

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PICK UP MY PACKAGE?

If you fail to pick up the package, refuse to accept the package, or if the package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, incorrect/missing mailbox label, the goods will be returned to us at your expense, which will be deducted from the amount paid.

MY PRODUCT/PACKAGE IS DAMAGED,WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To complain about damaged merchandise or delivery errors, please make written inquiries through the Customer Service Center by emailing support@ezarctool.com. Please note that returns should not be returned until you have received our return instructions.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Yes, we will charge a partial restocking fee, the fee will be deducted from the order you paid for, regarding the return and exchange, for specific details you can click on the footer and check the return and exchange policy.
